Lynne Sansom, Primary Therapist at Konnect Wellness Center, has dedicated her life to serving the recovery community since 2004. Inspired by her own journey to sobriety, Lynne began volunteering at the sober living home in Prescott, AZ, where she completed her own recovery in 2003. Her passion for giving back led her to various roles, including property manager, mentor, assistant house manager, and positions within treatment centers.

Lynne\’s commitment to helping others continued through her work at West Yavapai Guidance Center as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and facilitator, followed by a decade as a Primary Therapist at Compass Recovery Center. In 2022, Lynne moved to the Verde Valley, fulfilling her dream of living in a place she loves.

Throughout her time in the recovery community, Lynne admired the work of Damien Browning and his unwavering dedication to supporting individuals in recovery through Steps to Recovery Homes. In 2024, Lynne joined the Konnect Wellness Center team, where she continues to serve as a Primary Therapist and Case Manager, bringing her compassionate care and extensive experience to every client she supports.

Lynne specializes in inner child processing and is passionate about helping individuals navigate grief without turning to substances. Her dream is to one day offer free therapy to all who seek healing and hope.

An outdoor enthusiast, Lynne enjoys swimming, gardening, landscaping, and bird watching. She cherishes time with her siblings, children, grandchildren, and the many friends she has made throughout her journey. Lynne lives by the motto, “What you think about, you bring about,” a reflection of the powerful life and testimony she has manifested through love and service.
