Kenneth “Tyler” Andrews

Portrait of Kenneth 'Tyler' Andrews for Steps To Recovery Homes.

Kenneth “Tyler” Andrews has a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their recovery journey. I bring lived experience, professional training, and compassionate guidance to my work in structured living programs. As a Peer Support Specialist, I connect with clients through shared experiences, offering empathy, encouragement, and real-life strategies for healing and growth.

In his role as a Case Manager, Peer Support Specialist, and Behavioral Health Tech, Tyler helps create a safe, supportive, and structured environment where residents can stabilize, develop healthy routines, and build confidence. Tyler works closely with clinical teams to monitor progress, assist with daily living activities, and support treatment goals.

Assisting in Job Development, Tyler empowers individuals to rebuild their lives through meaningful employment. From resume building to interview prep and job placement, he helps clients identify their strengths and take tangible steps toward financial independence and self-sufficiency.

Tyler’s approach is rooted in respect, resilience, and the belief that recovery is always possible with the right support and opportunities. When asked about his work, Tyler stated, “I’m proud to walk alongside clients as they reclaim their lives for a better and brighter future.”
