Dan Cohen, an inveterate inventor and businessman, has -extensive entrepreneurial, operational, and
marketing experience in start-up endeavors, where he transformed small start-up firms into high-volume commercial marketing and service companies.
For thirty years commencing in 1968, Mr. Cohen was the owner/manager of six Restaurants, all of which
were very lucrative and were sold at a good return.
Mr. Cohen started feeding the homeless for Thanksgiving 35 years ago from his Restaurants in Duluth, MN and
Superior, WI. This now feds over 6000 people yearly in Duluth, MN, at the DECC (Duluth Entertainment
Convention Center). This is the largest Thanksgiving dinner in MN and is still in operation yearly.
Mr. Cohen's commercial patented inventions included table-top high chairs and wine receptacles, marketed for
some fifteen years by his Baby Chair Corporation; and Photo Star Studio developed a system for superimposing
client's photos on national magazine covers and a Polaroid competitive camera system for delivering high-quality photos in minutes. He has a patent for a hole-in-one contest on golf courses.
Mr. Cohen invented the patented Swing 'n Win golf system and serves as Governing Member of the Swing 'n
Win, LLC, and CEO of the Operating Company.
Mr. Cohen moved to Sedona, AZ, 2001 and was in the construction business for building homes.
Mr. Cohen now owns two Restaurants in Sedona and Cottonwood, AZ. Bella Vita Ristorante and BV's Italian
Kitchen.
