Recovery Support Groups

Alcoholics Anonymous

An international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical, and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements.

Central Mountain Intergroup

AA website serving Arizona's Verde Valley and Sedona Area with meeting schedules and local information.

Narcotics Anonymous

A global, community-based organization with a multi-lingual and multicultural membership. NA was founded in 1953 and offers hope for those struggling with drug addiction.

Verde Valley Narcotics Anonymous

Local NA meetings and support in the Verde Valley area.

CoDA (Codependents Anonymous)

A fellowship of people working to develop healthy relationships through recovery from codependency. Meetings focus on building healthy relationships and setting boundaries.

SLAA (Sex & Love Addicts Anonymous)

A twelve-step fellowship for people struggling with sex addiction, love addiction, romantic obsession, or sexual, emotional, or romantic anorexia.

Celebrate Recovery

A Christ-centered, 8-step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, pain, or addiction of any kind. Based on the Beatitudes from the Sermon on the Mount.

Recovery Dharma

A community-based approach to recovery that uses Buddhist practices and principles to heal the suffering caused by addiction. Offers meditation-based recovery meetings.

Wellbriety

Online recovery support community providing virtual meetings and digital resources for those seeking support in their recovery journey.

SMART Recovery

Self-Management and Recovery Training (SMART) is a 4-Point Program that helps people recover from addiction and addictive behaviors using evidence-based techniques.

Arizona Recovery Housing Association (AZRHA)

A statewide association representing over 1500 beds for quality recovery housing providers throughout Arizona.

National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR)

A nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding the availability of well-operated, ethical and supportive recovery housing. Supports 30 state affiliate organizations. Read more

Represents communities throughout Verde Valley, working with citizens and service providers to identify solutions to homelessness, including emergency shelter and permanent supportive housing.
